Yes we do! You can choose one of our denominations and then check out just as you would any other product. After checking out the code will be sent immediately to the email you provide! We recommend if this is a surprise to send it to yourself before you gift it and then forwarding it along, or printing it to give to the recipient whenever the time is right!

Denominations are available in amounts of $10, $15, $25, $50, $75 or $100. At this time we do not have a custom amount option.

You MUST provide a CORRECT/VALID email address at checkout to receive the E-Gift Card.

Policies

We are not responsible for the quality of the images you upload. You alone are responsible for making sure that the quality of the image you are uploading is of high enough quality to be satisfactory to you at the size you select on the sign or product that you are purchasing. We try to put restrictions on images with low resolution but always recommend images at least 3000px and up.

Returns and exchanges

We take great pride and care in building your custom prints. The photos that you upload allow us to see a small part of your world. We do not make any alterations to your custom uploads after you have submitted your order.

We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for custom items since it is unique to you. We also cannot provide free reprints or refunds where the original image was not of sufficient quality.

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion. We would love to help you.

If there was an error in production that we determine to be our fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please reach out to us, within 30 days from the date you placed your order, at cory@slickturtle.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipping policy

All orders are made to order. This means that your order will not be created until it has been submitted. Your order will be processed as soon as possible, but we do try our best to complete the oldest orders first. Most orders ship within 3-7 business days from the time your order is received.

Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification by email. This email will be sent to the address you used when you placed the order and will include a tracking number.

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.
